  • The 10-position adjustment knob of Ampia allows you to prepare pasta sheet in different thicknesses, suitable for many shapes of pasta. The 10-position regulating knob produces pasta sheet thicknesses from 4.8 mm, in position number 0, to 0.5 mm in position number 9.
  • Fettuccine is a classic pasta shape in Italian cuisine, suitable for many types of sauce. Ampia 150 lets you make 6.5 mm fettuccine.Tagliolini made with Ampia are 1.5 mm wide, suitable for light sauces or soups.
